Aren't these so sweet looking? They remind me of my Grandma Dickey. She liked her buttercups, petunias and clematis vines. She loved all sorts of flowers, but that's what I remembered at her house when I was little.
Keera and my nephew Caleb picked these for me last weekend. My parents brought him and his little sister to come play while their parents moved into their new home. All of my nieces and nephews love to come play at our house. I really love that.

these are so pretty! I love our tropical flowers here..but I miss the flowers on the mainland..I never paid much attention when I was young..so now that I'm older I would love to go back and experience them in person. when I see all the country wild flowers you post they seem very exotic to me lol!
Thanks Jamee, I love how they look on the blog too. I've got some pretty garden phlox coming up tomorrow, which are growing wild for me in the fence lines. I know you'll like them because they are purple! And I love all your truly exotic flowers from Hawaii...:)
You have to send me a picture of that phlox..I just learned that was a flower about a month ago. I had no idea. I only know of Dr. Phlox on Enterpise lol!
The reason I learned was because Skirt was changing it's name because of Skirt magazine..and phlox was one of the choices. They decided on Kirtsy though :)
