It's so awesome how you know all the names to these. There are so many different kinds. So is that chicory flower where they get chicory root from?
It's the only chicory I've ever heard of, so I think that must be true. Though I've never heard of chicory root. What is it useful for?
I'm fairly familiar with herbs and botanicals, but that's a new one.
